As an investor, we demonstrate a deep commitment to our portfolio companies. At least two Cinven team members always take an active role on the board of directors, and Cinven supports the management team as needed. Cinven prefers to work with strong management teams, and Cinven team members are not involved in the day-to-day management of the company. Cinven takes a responsible approach to its portfolio companies, their employees, suppliers, local communities, the environment, and society.
