DFA Services was founded in 1995 and was an initiative of 70 dentists in the provinces of Overijssel and Drenthe. The reason for this was the change of the Health Insurance Act which had far-reaching administrative implications for the dentist. DFA stands for Financial Services Administration. DFA service takes care of the billing and collection of the amounts for the treatments, which have undergone caregivers who are members. Infomedics and DFA have decided to join forces by June 1, 2012 and to form a new company: Infomedics Group Ltd. On the same day they take the factoring and clearing company NMT FenCS on the Dutch Society for the Promotion of Dentistry (NMT).
