Écart Invest 1 (Écart) has been active since 1993 and invests in medium-sized companies in three sectors: Services, ICT, and Packaging. In addition to capital, we provide the knowledge, network, and competencies necessary to foster and guide the growth of companies. We invest for our own account and risk up to €8 million. We invest for the long term to achieve value growth ("buy and hold"). Our portfolio companies frequently acquire industry peers.
Investment focus: Companies with a value between €5-25 million, EBITA €1.5-5 million, middle size Dutch companies active in business services, IT and packaging.
Investment terms: indefinite period
Average equity ticket: €2-8 million
