Sofindev is an independent private equity firm, investing in small and medium sized enterprises in Belgium since 1991. Sofindev raised a new fund in May 2015, Sofindev IV, with a committed capital of 107 MEUR to invest in successful companies with strong growth and international ambitions. Amongst its investors are its historical shareholders Sofina and Colruyt, as well as a limited number of new investors, including some of the founders of our (past) portfolio companies.1991
